Pleasant front counter staff and the vet is very good. They listen you and take care of your furry friend dearly.
The doctor was not respectful but the other staffs were really polite and respectful.
Exceptional customer service from the moment we booked our appointment to the welcoming smile when we arrived. Very honest pricing which is an absolute bonus nowadays. We were surprised and very much appreciated the follow up email, the next day, checking in on our cats making sure they were doing well after surgery. They truly care about our furry friends. Highly recommend!
This place is terrible the staff lie and Dr. Paul is so ignorant and yells at you all they care about is money, they don’t care about you or your animal. I was told by Dr.Paul to lie to my groomer about my dogs health and said just make the appointment and drop the dog off, so if he tells a customer this god only knows what he has done to animals and then lied to the owner about it. They also over charge you and prescribe meds when they are not needed, it’s just to get into your wallet. Worst place ever
