We have been in our Regent home for over six years and recently encountered an issue with the upstairs flooring. While it took some time to work through the cause and the appropriate solution, Regent remained engaged throughout the process. Phil was professional, listened to our concerns and worked collaboratively with Carpet Court to achieve a great outcome. We have just finished the envision design stage with Regent Homes and have had a great experience so far. Our consultant Tina, has been fantastic to work with she is always friendly, quick to reply to emails, and very diligent about sticking to the estimated timelines for each stage. Our experience throughout the entire build process was nothing short of fantastic. From the beginning, the Envision Design stage was very helpful as we were able to visualize every corner of the house, the 3D experience made such a difference and gave us real confidence in our choices in the layout of our home. We have just finalised our design and signed off and about to begin our selections. Tina Booth has been amazing from the beginning with her communication, attention to detail, her knowledge and always answering our many questions. We have felt very supported through our process so far which has been lovely. Tina and the Regent Homes have been very thorough and very professional.
