We have been in our Regent home for over six years and recently encountered an issue with the upstairs flooring. While it took some time to work through the cause and the appropriate solution, Regent remained engaged throughout the process. Our experience throughout the entire build process was nothing short of fantastic. From the beginning, the Envision Design stage was very helpful as we were able to visualize every corner of the house, the 3D experience made such a difference and gave us real confidence in our choices in the layout of our home. We were able to pick up some crucial changes to the floor plan earlier on as we were able to see that in our 3D walkthrough which we would have not been able to pick up on a normal floor plan.
