They sold me a car less than a month ago which was sold (I was unaware at the time of purchase) with a damaged brake disc shield, causing immediate loud rattling. This is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for misleading. Even though I was given a 3 month warranty, it excludes any damage that I found on the car (see attached image of their “warranty”). These people sold a car with a MOT that was not worth the paper it was on passed as there were faults and many other issues with the vehicle .They have now refused to refund the money they owe these people are absolutely not to be trusted.
