My experience with Regent car sails ,wasn't at all pleasant, regarding the sails team ,and more important definitely flawed with undisclosed issues about a vehicle, hence being approately being parked ,not to see damage to vehicle ,and on the occasion of buying this car,later seeing damage, not disclosed when I got home,they denied anything about it.Also I was told they replaced the wiper blade ,and YES to my horror the whole thing fell off ,as the wrong fitting had been used .You can understand how I feel about these people... read more
Was recommended regent as my sister purchased her car here - cannot fault the staff and quality of the cars. No pressure of sales, we were able to browse and test drive freely. Very honest people with genuine experience of which cars they do and do not recommend. I drove away in a beautiful Mercedes A Class with exceedingly low mileage and a pristine car inside and out. I have just purchased a Honda Civic from Regent Car sales. I have to say a "very pleasant" experience. All the staff, especially Wesley, were very helpful and friendly, and not pushy like some car sales I have visited. I had as much time as I wanted to look around the cars and ask questions. I had the pleasure of purchasing my car through Regent, and the experience has been excellent overall. The only issue I encountered with my car was a squeaky clutch, which reappeared a few times even after being looked at. However, I brought the car back a few times, and each time the team put in a great deal of time and effort to identify and resolve the problem.
