I had a 3450 fraudulent charge on my bank card. I went into the bank and spoke w a teller. She could not figure it out. She asked the president of the bank (by her name) hey ____, could you help me with this? The president walked out of her office scolding her stating” it’s not “hey ____, it’s _____. It was as if the teller called her a vulgar name. It was very rude and unprofessional. I managed to contact the business in dispute while standing in the presidents office.
