Would definitely look elsewhere before going here again!! Found a car at this car yard and thought it was great, got in touch and mark the salesmen reached out, he was absolutely great to deal with. Easy to deal with
I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent experience with your Duty of Care representative. During the sales process, the Duty of Care Manager was very pushy in trying to sell me an extended warranty. When I specifically asked about the servicing requirements, he assured me that it would follow the manufacturer’s logbook schedule — every 12 months or 10,000 km. Paul and the team at regent motors were very professional in every aspect of selling me a new/ used Holden ute, even to the point of sending me to motomall to sell my srt jeep as they would give me a better trade in price! Very easy 3 day turnaround
