Regenia is magic. I'm currently working with her to address PCOS hormone balance, birth trauma, anxiety, inflammation, and more. She takes the time and care to address the complexity of issues, and has given me the courage and direction I need to help heal myself. She is an essential part of my self care and I am deeply grateful for her time, attention, and connection to my needs.
Regenia was so helpful to me prior, during, and after pregnancy. She helped balance my hormones and refer me to other amazing practitioners when I needed support. Also was a great part of my self care! I moved a couple of years ago and still have not found someone who seems as knowledgeable and effective in their acupuncture practice as Regenia is. Her sessions were also so relaxing.
