My appointment with Regina was so thorough and not rushed. She was so present during my health history review which made the experience so welcoming. Her acupuncture techniques are excellent! I highly recommend her

Regenia was so helpful to me prior, during, and after pregnancy. She helped balance my hormones and refer me to other amazing practitioners when I needed support. Also was a great part of my self care! I moved a couple of years ago and still have not found someone who seems as knowledgeable and effective in their acupuncture practice as Regenia is. Her sessions were also so relaxing.
