Horrible customer service. I've actually been hung up on before while I'm crying. All they do is tell me to go to the emergency room instead of actually helping me. My meds are never called in a timely manner my phone calls or never returned I have to call repeatedly in order to get through to anyone and half the time the voicemail box is full. I do not recommend this counseling center to anyone
