Had no issues getting anyone to answer the phone,In fact was answered on 2nd ring, and had no issues obtaining an appointment promptly. They were polite and very helpful.
I have so much trouble calling to get an appointment. They play music but takes forever to come to the line. Sometimes after 15 minutes I will hang up.
