I wish I found Coach Chris and his team sooner! With my hectic schedule, the idea of a 22-minute full-body workout sounded almost too good to be true—but after my free intro session, I was absolutely blown away (and a little humbled!). I learned about ReGenesis 360 after completing the BeBalanced program 2 years ago. I was a division 1 basketball player at the University of Southern California and a triathlete. I turned 52 and I gained weight and had joint and back pain. I couldn’t lose weight or workout. After BeBalanced I felt the most healthy in my adult life! I never liked gyms but seriously needed resistance training to counter decades of office work and prevent injury from weekend adventures. ARX was the perfect solution for me. I have always found weight training to be the best way to keep my feeling lean and strong, but as I got older, past injuries and simple wear and tear made weight training almost impossible. But then a friend of my recommended giving ReGenesis 360 a try. That was almost 3 years ago, and I’ve been going strong ever since. The trainers are great and the workout incredibly effective. Best of all, it takes just a fraction of the time!!!
