I submitted an appointment request online through Reverecarefinder, received a call from a woman that provided a call back number to get it set up. When I called, the woman that answered the phone rudely asked, who I was, who referred me, how I found them because she had nothing on me. I told her that the woman left a message and I found them myself online. She said we don't have so and so here and we definitely don't have appointment requests online. Place absolutely sucks hope they read this too. I won't be back. Notified my insurance company. I.m always rushed in and out. But wanna bill my insurance company for multi visits when it could all be easily done on my 1 appointment. Not to mention you lose a day of work to accommodate their hours. Asking me questions. Like are there any changes. Cheez idk your the dermatologist and you took pictures with your tablet and should of been save mo the prior on a previous visit. Just stay away people. The older female PA is stand offish and rude. MAs do more work for the patients than the actual doctors, and booking appointments at this office could warrant an SSRI for how stress inducing it is to speak to the booking department. You are consistently spoken down to as a patient and I wouldn’t wish going here on my worst enemy.
