Great first experience! Went in for an ACE exam and staff were patient, professional, and friendly. Exam was more thorough than a typical exam/ physical at a regular doctor’s office. The ultrasound body scan was the main reason for me doing the exam. I like the proactive approach to healthcare. Getting ahead of things instead of just applying band-aids after the fact. I am satisfied with my visits to your office except with the front desk. It is important that you have more friendly staff in the front! Especially at the facility where you have brain scans and Ultra Sound, the technicians were awesome, but Lali was not great in person nor on the phone! I hope you provide her with more training or support. She might improve.
