Alex Schultz is a wonderful therapist, I am glad to be his patient. Unfortunately their administrative office is another matter!! For the last 2 months I was harassed by their billing company to pay for a procedure for which I had paid at the time of service. Today I was informed that the problem was entirely with ROSM and was not the fault of the insurance company. Frustrating and infuriating to deal with incompetence!!
