I love this quaint gym with such soulful people. I have tried many of their classes. I love yoga with Lisa B. She is very knowledgable and has an awesome sense of humor. Andria and Carlos make you feel right at home.
I originally started at RegenerationsNext as a client of Andria's massages. As an active middle aged woman, I was frustrated with my creaky body constantly feeling sore. So, I started to work with Carlos using a fitness app. As my muscles became stronger, I felt more confident in my physical abilities. I started taking in person classes and they are top notch! I go here for all of my massage and they do great massage therapy and offer supplements as well which is a great addition to their training and massage services.
