I have always suffered from painful intimacy and after the birth of my first daughter it intensified along with urinary leaking. Dr. McGowan takes the time to educate about the imbalances she finds. she's given me exercises to do at home and follows up with helpful videos. my hips are feeling so much better and my knee pain is all but gone. highly recommend!
I have had two spinal fusions (C3/C4 and C6/C7) and want to work to decrease the chances of ever needing another. Jennifer has provided me with subtle but important exercises to strengthen the muscles that connect to and support my spine. She provides explanations that are informative and supportive. She has also shown me that some of my sleeping patterns may have contributed to degeneration, which I am working to change. I really appreciate her knowledge and work.
Jennifer is competent, caring, and excellent at her profession. She has helped me tackle multiple orthopedic concerns and I would highly recommend her!
