Purchased vs Result: I didn’t want to leave this review as I love supporting local and also believe in attempting to resolve issues prior to leaving a review. I contacted the business on March 22, 2026 just a few hours after these were received. They politely took my info to forward to the appropriate person. It is now April 1, 2026 and I feel I’ve waited quite some time for any outreach and basically feel ignored at this point. I picked Regency Flowers for their reviews and everything from using their website to order and then getting a message that the number wasn’t working and they didn’t want to leave the flowers outside because it was too cold was amazing. The owners are so creative! I have received and ordered several custom flower arrangements (pictures below) all unique and special. They are my go-to florist for any occasion. I love shoes and fashion and they have made arrangements in shoe and purse vases. If you let them know what you like or what the recipient likes, they will go out of their way to make your flower arrangements one of a kind! I highly recommend them!
As promised, flowers delivered on our daughters birthday. The arrangement was thoughtfully made, flowers were early in their bloom. Extended the blooming period. Thank You
