My husband and I have lived at Regency Place for 9 years and then moved to Regency West for 7 years so far. We love that the heat, hot water and cable are included in the rent. We love the parking garage and mixing and mingling with our neighbor. The gym is great to use. Maintenance is wonderful and so prompt to fix anything. Management is friendly and professional. I can ask them anything knowing they will help me.
