Great facility
Sadly, a once really good facility has slid downhill. Don't know what happened.
This unethical,unprofessional ,negative facility falsified my medical records to make themselves look better when I was discharged.if they will officially lie about where a patient is discharged to,what else will they lie about?the two months I was there,i witnessed neglect,abuse,lack of attention to patients.just a horrible place.
Disappointed with care of patients who need the most care (particularly males), top heavy management, and staff appear overloaded. It's no wonder residents get locked out and frozen to death in the dead of winter in the region.
