I literally only been living here for a week and experienced a mouse run from the hallway into my apartment. I'm not looking forward to living here until my lease is over. This is ridiculous, moving from a place with no pest to a place that has pest is no fun. It's cold in the unit, they need updating, the carpet in the hallway is dirty. IM READY TO MOVE.
Pet friendly community. Not perfect, but not terrible either. Maintenance crew has been responsive when needed. Lovely neighbors.
This complex is awful. I wish my grandfather lived elsewhere. It's 100 degrees in the apartments cuz there's NO ac expect a crappy wall unit. I swear the people above him are 300lbs from all the noise from simply walking. Mice also found their way in from behind the stove. The parking is terrible for visitors too.
