This place was great when I moved in about 4.5 years ago, but now I can’t say the same. They give email notices of maintenance work the same day (sometimes at the same time) it’s being done, so tenants don’t get any real notice. I’ve called the management office and the emergency number after hours for issues I’m having or information on how to get it fixed and I’m either told “maintenance will reach out”, which they never do, or that my issue “isn’t an emergency”. Horrible management and they just have a very big problem of mice everywhere , it need Immediate attention because the ground pipelines are full of mice ! And They need the control everyone with such horrible infrastructure ; bad roads and especially parking is insanely bad as they just keep towing vehicle for some reason which they know themselves in that way The owners or renters can get frustrated every single minute of stay there ! Worst place to live. Place is dirty. People don’t clean after their pets. Not good idea to live right next to route 22. You hear everything.. even your neighbor snoring all night. Main office don’t do anything about it.

Si pudiera le diera 0 estrellas,en el apartamento que yo vivía Building 48G, en el verano no esperes que el agua salga fría como quisieras que fuera, saldrá hirviendo y el dueño no hará nada, las alfombras tienen años, están sucias, y aunque la aspires esa suciedad no saldrá, por eso tomé la decisión de salir de ahí, y personalmente no recomiendo para nada arrendar ahí sobre vas a tener muchos problemas con el dueño, cuando algo sucede con ese lugar, el día de hoy me agredió físicamente, no me dio tiempo de limpiar el aparta... read more
