I’m paying 1400 in rent and late fee asked the manager if I can make a payment arrangement because of my financial difficulties and she has refused saying company policy is no partial payments. Today me and my girl got our place. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful. The manager answered all our question and was very nice to my family. Anyone looking for a place this would be where i would send you. Thank yall so much.
I was helping a friend that lives there. The manager there divulged private financial information of a tenant living there to 3rd parties that did not have written or verbal consent to do so. The 3rd parties did not have verbal or written consent to receive this information either. In Regency Village lease it promises the privacy of the tenant.
