I lived here from 2017 to 2023. In the beginning, things were okay, but over time the experience became very stressful and disappointing. Management constantly left notes on my door and made me feel bullied and threatened with eviction, even when I was trying to cooperate. The apartment also had serious maintenance and cleanliness issues, including roaches, bugs, and ongoing water problems. Valerie the leasing manager is very sweet , answered all our questions , once we moved her maintenance team was also very nice enough to come fix some little things , neighbors are nice as well , we are happy with our property.
The property manager Valerie is a delight! She truly is impressionable. Any issue we have had at all she finds a solution effectively and efficiently. She even worked with us through our financial struggles and allowed us grace when we needed it the most. She truly makes this place a wonderful place to be at. Thank you so much Valerie Luna! Ever since Valerie came in, she's definitely been trying to make this community an actual community her effort in events have been amazing and very thoughtful. I walked in today with my kiddos and they loved it and she was very welcoming and had a beautiful set up for mothers day. Thank you Valerie! The roses and cupcakes made a happy mom and happy kids.
