Had the part for my 3rd gen 4Runner when all the other Toyota dealerships had to order it in, good experience there.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Regency Toyota Parts & Service. I took my wife’s brand new Camry in for a one-month inspection(oct 1@1130pm). When I came to pick up the car, I discovered the rear window had been left wide open while it was raining. The entire back seat was soaked. This is a brand new vehicle, and leaving it exposed to the rain shows a complete lack of care and professionalism. My 2024 Tundra was stolen from Toronto recently, and eventually ended up here for repair. Jeff Grkinich took the lead in dealing with a very difficult insurance company (please stay away from Safeco/Liberty Mutual!) and kept me informed throughout the process. His kind and constant attention helped make a bad situation tolerable. I was able to pick up the repaired truck and drive it back several thousand miles without any major issue.
