You guys own Lexus and Toyota, why can't I get my lexus serviced at Toyota? You guys are willing to service other vehicle brands, but not your sister brand? Just so you can charge more?

I am very happy with my service today with my advisor Pam. I had an issue with my AC compressor for the last little while which caused some mild anxiety. Pam was very thoughtful and professional in how she tackled the problem. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and felt very taken care of.
I have taken my RAV4 for service to Regency Toyota for past year. Very happy with them. Very real and friendly people, staff all seem knowledgeable about cars. They will only do the service that you ask for. And any questions they are always willing to answer, even if that sometimes means they will not be making any money. I recommend to anyone with a Toyota that lives in Vancouver.
trusted Regency Toyota on Evans Avenue to handle my car with care, but the service fell far below the standard I expected. I had slightly loosened the A-pillar trim to run a dashcam cable and brought the car to them to reinstall it properly. After the service, I was surprised by how poorly the trim was fitted — it was visibly misaligned, which clearly shows a lack of care and attention to detail.
