Had a regular maintenance today. Mr. Trevor Feng and Mr. Jeff Grkinich was super helpful for questions regarding service and vehicle status. And they tried their best to resolve an issue I brought it up. Little worried about the auto car wash but was all fine and no noticeable scratch nor a damage on the car.
Fast and professional service with a complimentary car wash at the end. Would recommend!

We went to regency Toyota 738 Evans Avenue last July 12, 2025 with our Toyota RAV4 for a Service 2. WORK ORDER 138048. They did oil change & tire rotation. Just today while I’m driving I noticed a thudding sound under the car & I thought it was a problem with the cars breaks. I stopped at the side of the highway and saw there’s two missing lug nuts on the front tire of the passenger side. I went to a local mechanic to get it checked and seen. Guess what?
