I would give 0 if I could. Rude, nasty nice kind of personalities. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, unless you want bottom of the barrel customer service. The closing agent Kathy was so dramatically fake, and over the top, my clients pointed it out soon as she walked out the room! She Couldn't wait to get my self and my clients out of that office. Regency title company will never be an option for me and my clients ever again!
Super disappointed with the Customer Service you guys have. I called in as a CSR from an insurance company to get some information about a check i had received from you and the gentleman, which i hesitate to use that work in this situation, that i spoke to was unbelievably RUDE. I could not believe how inconsiderate he was. Please get your CS under control. This is unexceptable
