Both my husband & myself ill all over xmas. Rang surgery at 8am today(27/12/2024). Went to queue for bout 5mins then emergency appointments made for us at midday today. Excellent polite reception service & same at visit. Both examined(& not rushed) & prescribed medication which we collected on way home. Not ill very often but always get excellent compassionate service frm all at this surgery. We are very lucky to have you...thankyou
Invalidate you, rush you and are just rude
I moved to Brighton having had the same doctor for most of my life. I joined an awful surgery and swiftly moved to Regency surgery. Although I miss my doctor knowing me and my children, I have found the senior male doctors excellent. The reception staff are always really helpful and the nurses bubbly and professional. You can get an appointment for an emergency which is not always the case elsewhere.
