What seemed like a promising place turned out to be a series of ongoing issues and misfortunes. The apartment is dark, gloomy, and infested with cockroaches, ants, and even mice. I had a negative experience renting from the units at B7 and A15 in this apartment complex. My security deposit was not returned after moving out, and I found it difficult to get clear communication from both the listing agents (Carolina Luis Nemphis and Brandon Baklayan) and the landlords (Volkan and Neslihan). Turkish Landlord Volkan and Neslihan keep reporting our reviews to Regency to cover up their scammer business. so Regency removes all bad reviews about apartment A15 and B7.
