Very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough!
I have only had my initial consult at this time but I was very impressed with Dr. Braun and her assistant. They took their time to go over my situation, review options and when I asked for it gave me her recommended approach. She said to take the time to review the options and get back to her. She answered all of my questions without me feeling rushed.
They removed a cyst on my back that had been there for over 10 years. Dermatologists from all over the valley tried to removed it . Within a few days and sometimes the cyst would grow again. It is gone now for good . Yay!
The office staff and the doctor are both top notch. I felt heard and respected at my visit. I was not embarrassed to discuss my imperfections and was well educated on all of my options.
