I really wanted to see these guys succeed but they are never return calls. I had a warrantee issue that was never followed up. Now we have a bigger issue and can’t get any help! I would have happily supported them but come on! Don’t buy a spa from these guys.

Don’t let cost drive your decision We had looked for a spa for a couple of months and had researched the web for as many models as we could find. Being a frugal person, the most important criteria was cost. We started to focus on a few of the mid priced spas and had pretty much settled on a model that seemed pretty nice for the price. My husband and I attended the fair and spoke with Kevin Kern pertaining to purching a new spa. We explained to Kevin our mother board needed to be replaced in our old spa and possibly looking to or replace the nonworking element. Kevin provided us with the information of the delivery/ service representative, Mike.
