A lot of reviews highlight how great Cody and Nicole are an they are absolutely true. Cody and Nicole will single-handedly restore your faith when it comes to rental properties. Their expertise, professionalism and personability made my move in process seamless. The neighborhood itself is a peaceful hidden gem. It's a great place to enjoy the outdoors if you don't feel like journeying to the mountains and there are many stores and restaurants within walking distance.
Great complex. Great management. Nicole and Cody make this place truly feel like home.

Finishing our 2nd lease here. Possibly re-signing for a 3rd. Apartment itself is good, appliances leave a lot to be desired, but the rent is cheap... so what do you REALLY expect? Neighbors are mostly chill, a lot of annual rotations of residents, if you are kid averse there are multiple families here with 1-2 kids, but they are respectful and also chill, great people/neighbors! When i first moved here the staff was amazing. I decided to extend for another year. That was a mistake. New manager or something. Quality of life went down hill. Moved into a new apartment in same complex. Within the first two months I caught 13 mice. Maintenance was a joke. Work orders I put in as soon as I moved to the new apartment where never finished when I left. Dog shit and dirty diapers on the side walk. Noisy neighbors at all hours.
