I have been working with Cody and Nicole as a tenant for years. They are great and make living here a great experience as well.
Cody has always been a great help every time I’ve had questions or maintenance issues, he made sure things got done and would find the answers to my questions if he didn’t know off hand.
Cody and Nicole have been very help in answering questions, helping set up maintenance requests, giving feedback back of the area, and just making the whole place feel more at home. Always friendly and smiling everytime I see them.
You could live in the most beautiful building in the world, but if you do not have a world-class property management company, you’ll never truly be able to call it “home”. I would highly recommend Regency Apartments at Ridgegate! Cody was personable, professional, and so helpful. He would go above and beyond every time I reached out to him. The apartment was great and Cody was exceptional to work with.
