We love Regency, we have been here for almost 10 years. Not only is the area nice and very peaceful, we know that we count on David and the maintenance crew. Not only are they personable, they know people by name, they go above and beyond to interact with residents daily, and are very accommodating!

I have lived at Regency for over 8 years. I've had the opportunity to move but actually decided to stay because the team here is SO good. The office staff is always patient and helpful and the maintenance team led by David, the maintenance supervisor, is remarkably fast, effective, and most importantly kind and respectful. Most maintenance issues are handled within one day. I have lived in 15 different apartments in my adult life, and this place has by far been the best.

My partner and I moved to Regency Ridgegate at the end of June and we absolutely love our new home! The location of the apartments is perfect with so many great food places nearby, as well as the Lone Tree Recreation Center just across the street. One of the things we appreciate so much about living here is how quiet and peaceful the community is. It is easy for us to forget that we live in an apartment building! After living at Regency RidgeGate for the past two months, our experience has been nothing short of outstanding!
