I needed my existing residential central air conditioner replaced. As an informed consumer, I requested quotes from several companies for a reliable and affordable system. I was disappointed to receive quotes with large discrepancies. I was clear with my request. Nothing fancy as long as it will do job. Highly recommended!! James, Steve and Kolten were responsive to my many questions and were committed to getting our air conditioning unit installed quickly and on budget! Excellent crew to work with, and will most definitely use them for future furnace or plumbing needs.

I had contacted regency to come out and fix a cooler for me. When they came out and Looked at it I don’t know what happened but I seen a big spark and now my cooler is toast. I had asked him if he could clean the parts on my other coolers he said he would be able to just to contact the office and let them know he would do it. I had talked to Amanda on the phone she told me she was new and laughing at the situation on the phone. I don’t feel they handled it very proper as the guy soadnhe would clean them then just left.
