Whitt and Ron are the nicest landlords we have ever dealt with. When we had an issue, they were super easy to get in contact with and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend renting from them and their prices for rentals are super reasonable!

I will recommend renting with Regency time and time again. Ron and Whitt were great -- always easy to get a hold of via text or email and flexible when I needed to move out early. Rent prices were more than fair for the size of the property, the location, and the fenced in backyard. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly and without a lot of hassle. Never had any problems as a renter but if you try to get in contact with the landlords its going to be nearly impossible. The phone number doesn't work and I have only been able to make contact if i physically show up in person to the office. this wouldn't be a big deal but they are never there during there hours of opperation.
