BEWARE!!! Regency Point Constructors/Bill Nyce are thieves! In March 2014, we installed foundation for a cell tower owned by SBA Communications Corp. on Scott Twp. PA property. This was a planned deception by Bill Nyce because you cannot lien township property. And he knew it! We were subcontracted by Bill Nyce, completed the job 100% and were not paid a dime.
