DON'T They rent our mobile homes that are infested with ROACHES!!!!! Then won't answer the phone or return calls, LOTS of money wasted!!!
They said they were putting a water meter on our house. I knew it was a scam to begin with. They only said they were putting the meter on so they can add more to our water and sewer bill from all of the new houses they've been putting up. I refuse to pay any thing over the $815-$821 we've been paying for the past five months. The bill this month was well over $900! Redwood at the lake is a wonderful place to live with the exception of a handful of undesirable residents that lack common courtesy, morals and cooth. Although it's been a rough ride at times over the years with multiple managment changes overall it's been great; our new manager Jessica is a good manager and is whipping this place into great shape. I purchased a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Sheffield Estates in May of 2010. The home came with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, central air, carpet, mini blinds, window treatments. It is quiet and energy efficient. The staff here is friendly and caring. I love it more as time goes by. If you are looking for beauty as well as value, come check out one of our homes! Prepare to be totally amazed if you think of us as a trailer park! I' m always pleased to meet new neighbors!
I got more bang for my buck for my home. I have many features in my home that I would never get in a conventional home elsewhere. The community has changed drastically for the better over the years. Management is helpful and courteous and willing to help out wherever they can. I love my home!
Great location and the staff is very friendly! They are removing all the old trailers and replacing them with beautiful manufactured homes.
Reported to management about phantom water spots and puddles appearing in the home after rain for eight months. Reported to management for eights months about the house not cooling and heating properly. The management has never fixed anything properly. Ever. Reported issues to City of Novi 1/9/16 because in eight months no maintenance ever addresses the phantom water puddles and wet spots around the home. An Inspector left the home and went directly after seeing home on 1/10/16 I tell her the issues with the house every time... read more
