Has had a lot of updates and cleaned up quite a bit the last couple years. New playground. Grounds are cleaner and safer to play in. And now they are making room for campers. Great place to live. If you seen it years ago you should check it out now
There are bare wires under the ground that were put in in the '60s people getting shocked going in their campers nothing is up to date at that trailer court and the management we'll tell you one thing and do another
Road Construction
Seems like a lot of trailers only last a month or so when people move out and then they catch fire. And businesses adjacent to this area seem to be affected by vandalism more than other areas.
This park has wiring and sewer problems. Both are severely out dated.
