Rowdy Neighborhood, No Visitor Parking, Over Priced – The apartments are cute however, they're not very functional. There is no hall closet. There are no vents in the bathrooms. The granite countertopsin the kitchen are not sealed so if something with oil, or even a glass with condensation gets on your counter it stains. The water stains will fade but the grease or oil stains take some elbow grease to remove.
