I’m very disappointed with this storage facility. I chose their climate-controlled units to protect my belongings, but many pieces of furniture were ruined by water damage, and several items had mold and had to be thrown away. When I brought this to management’s attention, they simply told me it wasn’t their problem and that I should have purchased insurance. I trusted this facility to safeguard my belongings, and they completely failed to do so. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
