The park is very nice, close to everything the pa. turnpike, I81, harrisburg, mechanicsburg. the lot rent includes trash and base water. i have been living here two people and we have yet received a water bill. the mgt is very cool. it is a park for all mixed ages. there r alot of people on social security here and they have not raised the lot rent in several years. they seem to keep in mind the economy situation today. i strongly recommend this park. it is quiet, no crime that i know of.
