RecommendedThey have really been great to rent from. When we have called with an issue they were quick to respond. Mrs. Melissa Gilley came out personally to our home when a back room and kitchen had flooded. The contractors they use for repairs and such have all been excellent.

If you rent from them, do the walk-thru with the agent. Charged me $116 for cleaning after I paid for cleaning. Rental agent told Me he didn't know I paid for cleaning and never gave me the opportunity to correct any issues. This was almost 2 months after move out. Two days after his walk thru, he told me everything was fine. Lesson learned.
This property management company not only let the tenants destroy and cause thousands of dollars worth of damage and filth to our home. But they let the tenant walk away with no charges. As a military family stationed overseas I pay them to manage our property and keep it in good standing. ( please all military families be aware they will take your money and destroy your home) Teresa Lee was our property manager who clearly does not know how to manage a property. Stay away from Regency Management!
Horrible customer service! No calls or emails back even after multiple times! Would not recommend.
Two points. First, everyone that I know, that has rental needs, has received terrific service from Regency Management. The second point is that Regency Management does so much within, and for, the community. Perhaps it's their involvement that makes them such a great part of Enterprise and the surrounding area.
Horrible customer service, inquired about an important issue and never received a call back. I had to physically step into the office in order to get a half answer that she had no information about. The woman even lied and said she contacted the owner when realiaticly she had not!
