I paid $301 today for an oil change that I didn't need. The service advisor does not listen at all. All I wanted them to do is service 1 and just take a look at the engine oil level and let me know if it's ok or not (it is on the over the max level on the stick). He pushed an inspection on me for that, and insisted that the mechanics will still have to do an oil change.
