100% recommending this location and service advisor Gary for your Lexus. For my precious and current Lexus I have been doing maintenance in other locations and usually waiting times are like 20-30 days!! This location’s team is also busy but their availability, kindness, flexibility is really good! Definitely will come back again to do my next maintenance here even I need to drive from Richmond :)
It was my first time at the Regency Lexus Service centre to do some minor warranty work and service campaigns. I first contacted the dealership manager Daniel for advice and he paired me up with Ben to handle my case. Ben was very professional explaining the process to me when I dropped off the car and gave me a heads up about time line to complete the work. I live in North Vancouver but bought my latest Lexus at Regency Lexus in Vancouver....I was very impressed with the Service Department on Evans Ave. Gary Kwong, the Assistant Service Manager helped me both times I have gone to have my car serviced. He is a problem solver and an excellent customer service person. Also, Ben, one of the advisers was kind enough to spend a bit of time with me showing me how to use some of the features that my older Lexus did not have.
