We have always heard about Frank Fang, however, never experienced his service until we bought a Lexus from him recently. I have to say the service provided by Frank is different from what we received from the other dealerships. Frank made us as a VVIP customer during the whole vehicle purchase. We started knowing and becoming friends with Frank Fang from the RedNotes. We ended up buying a RX350H from his Vancouver downtown headquarter. We live far from vanvouver downtown. Frank made it possible for us to pick up our new car at their newly opened Burnaby store which saved us half trip!
