there are a lot of negative reviews about Regency lakes. A few years ago, I probably would’ve been one of those people, but then I met Barbara King who is the property manager’s assistant She’s amazing She’s torn between being in the corporate world and dealing with people who just wanna live happily! They have a recently have gone a new property manager, so I’ve not had the privilege of meeting yet. People who run this place have some sort of discrimination, and very much power trip and abuse power over others. They falsely accuse, don’t go after the real perpetrators and don’t take actual actions. There’s no exceptional walk ways for children/teens to walk home from school and if there is it’s riddled with goose poop or cat poop.
my husband and I have lived here almost 8 years and have seen property managers come and go like the seasons. the crime rate has really increased as well. people who live here seem not to care about how their property looks outside. the lot fee has increased to a point where it is almost impossible to pay each month, and for what? I would really run from this place if you are considering buying or renting here.
