We have lived here for about 9 years and have seen a lot of coming and going for property managers. We have been very disappointed in the ones previous to our current manager, Kristina Kelly. She came in late 2025 and we have had very positive feedbacks and interactions with dealing with her so far. She really seems to be taking a more positive stand on getting this community back on track. We are pleased now.
The newest community manager as of now 2026 is very nice and seems to be doing a lot more and taking a firmer interest in the community to make improvements.
