Cam was awesome…. why did he leave??? now were back to rude people running the office who dont care about us
If I could give 0 stars I would !! For anyone looking for a place to live ,This is certainly not the best option.To begin with the management workers are extremely difficult and Rude. The new manger is horrible. Ever since Katherine and Tona left that place has went down hill. Anyways , I lived there for 5yrs no issues until August 2024. I receive a letter starting they didn’t want to lease the ground to me anymore. I had 90 days to sell my home and find a place for my family to live. I have 4 kids mind you !! Some of the reviews on here are wild. Must be bad neighbors/renters. 🤪 Regency Lakes is a lovely place to live! The office staff is amazing and I’m beyond happy that we finally have a manager who listens and enforces the rules. Greg is awesome and always helps out when he can. I love it here!
Absolute carelessness and greed. Will have to relocate the family.
