I bought a very expensive watch 6 mths ago , took it in after 3 mth with a bty charging problem I was told give a little time and see what happens! Well nothing happened it when I left it at home, it went flat ! When back in today to have it sent away , nut were closing down u will have to send it to Cains your self ! No we’re very sorry here’s were it needs to b sent ect ! Wonder why there closing down !

I was extremely lucky to recieve the most amazing engagement created by Regency Jewellers. The ring needed to be resized we popped into the Townsville store to arrange this to be told my ring would take 3wks to resize 6days later we were called to say my ring was ready to be picked up. I highly recommend these guys & look forward to discussing the design of our wedding bands.
