We went in to get my daughter's ears pierced. The lady, may have been the owner, handed me the marker to mark her ears. Then, the lady went to pierce the left ear and didn't pierce where I marked. She blamed my daughter saying she flinched. When it was done, I asked about the third hole and was told it's because my daughter flinched and should heal up. At the end, the lady told me it was going to be half what she normally charges! I am very unhappy and am kicking myself for not leaving and going somewhere else!
Had a lovely experience really nice young lady. Help me pick out the right valentines for my wife . Will be back
Very very poor service. Rude, losing yr item you paid for. Lady WORKING in store leave baby crying and wont answer the phone when calling for information. I will never buy or visit this store again.
