I brought in a diamond cluster pear shape ring that my mother had left me. It was too small for me & rather then have it sized to fit I asked if there was anyway it could be made into a tear drop pendant. I couldn't be happier with how beautiful it turned out. They do great custom work! Highly Recommended.
TOP NOTCH! Being family owned & operated with over 35 years of experience, these guys treat you like family! They have a great selection & wide variety of styles for everyone's taste & budget. Recently, during a vacation my Rolex watch was accidentally picked up with a hand towel from housekeeping & later retrieved by someone at the hotel laundry service location but of course it was damaged. What is wrong with you people? If you were NOT HAPPY and sick to your stomach as you claim WHY would you leave? How do you expect them to do anything if you didn't go back into the store and inform them immediately how you felt about your ring. Who knows what you did to the ring after you left. And why take the time to go to other places when you could have just contacted them since you were in their parking lot. Seem very odd that a normal person would react that way.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...On January 21, 2012 my partner proposed to me. It was the happiest day of my life. She told me that she had brought the ring to Regency Jewelers because of reviews she saw online. This is also where it was sized. Less then a week later a prong broke off. We brought it to Regency to have it fixed, for the repair and to have an appraisal done.
