Lovely hotel, friendly and welcoming
i was a member of the lesuire club here for a good 8 years . Definitely the hottest pool and jacuzzi in bham/solihull! ensure to pop your car registration into the tablet on the front desk, as you DEFINITELY will receive a fine! place does need a upgrade, it was exactly how i remembered it when i was 13… iam now (33).
Didn't use the club facilities, only visited to give blood. Nice enough place to do that. Gents loo is being refurbished so it's out of use for now, hence one lost star.
Excellent All Staff are amazing excellent manager's I've been here a month and totally loved it
