A lot of follow up after closing. The door locks did not line up and caused the water leaking to inside. They tried to push back on everything. My lawn has a grass puddle like a golf course and they said it is natural. The concrete was damaged by constructors and they don't want to replace it and fix it so ugly.

My house was build by Regency Homes builders in Gretna area in Nebraska. since I moved into my brand new house I observed that the driveway concrete level is higher then the garage floor and due to this weather elements like rain drains into the garage. And if I try to clean my garage there is no way I can push the water out as the driveway acts like a ridge and blocks the water. I was looking for a new home in the Olive Branch area. I ran across a new subdivision Stonecrest with regency builders. I started the process of getting what floor plan i wanted and financing. Regency was there to help every step of the way. The day for my appointment at the design center, I had no clue to what I wanted in a new home . Lol. Watch Out! Our sales contract was cancelled by Regency two months into the process. They will hold you to all dates on the timeline even when they are more than 10 days late on getting drawings back for review - sales agent had zero respect for our time or schedule and seemed to think emails/text msgs are "meetings". If they perceive you to be a problem to them, or just don't like your questions, or your push back when they are outright disrespectful, they will cancel - read your contract - make sure you don't step out of li... read more
