Johnny the builder and Preston made my experience buying two houses with regency the absolute best. They looked out for me and my family as if they were buying the homes for their own families. They built nice frame homes, but the people that they hired to do the job, all they do is cover up spaces with paint, they should but they don't use caulk where they should be using it, example on a brand new house it should take more than five years for a house to settle without cracks everywhere you turn crack here crack there, but now days and time it's all about the money, they built them, and we buy them, no questions ask, so before you purchase your own home be sure to check your home carefully.

Our journey to homeownership was wonderful. From the very first day we met with Richard to to the final walkthrough with Johnnie. Richard helped us through the entire process. Any question we may have had (big or small) he was there with answers. Johnnie saw to it that we had a smooth build. He also made himself available to address any questions or concerns we may have had. Overall the experience was everything we could have asked for.
