Do not use this builder. Repeated issues with the entire house and roof. Horrible builders and no accountability. You buy an expensive home and if it starts leaking, dripping, and falling apart after a year, it's on you. Your new home. The builders are scrappy, the construction crew is scrappy, wiring is kooky. If you build with this company, get your own inspector to do another one independently. Never again. Others in my neighborhood have had the same issue. Get a company who stands beside their work.
We just bought a new in Oakland and I just wanted to say how happy me and my wife are with our purchase!!!!!! There will always be bumps in the road when you have so many moving parts but our builder Justin was outstanding!!!!! He goes above and beyond to make it happen.... I just wanted to say thank you

There is a reason why they sold bunch of lots in lakeland to another builder. They are getting sued by lack of quality in foundations in their homes and now being out competed by Grant. I love karma
