This is the worst Homecare agency I have witnessed . They don’t staff the families, they approve time off without notifying the family, staff are allowed to come and go as they please. Causing dangerous situations . I witnessed the staff that come from this agency in a family members home. They are not being held to a nursing standard, MARS are not updated, the case manager committed fraud and said they did a home assessment when they never showed up to the home . As a parent receiving services from this agency & also being employed through them; save your time & go elsewhere. This company doesn’t follow their own policies & procedures. If you need home care services your whole schedule will revolve around the needs of the staff & not the needs of your home. They don’t require anyone to work weekends or holidays.
