Im very impressed with the level of care, commitment, and professionalism of this company. I appreciate that they thoroughly screen their employees, who we entrust with our loved ones. Regency is transparent about their fees, and take special care to ensure that the client is safe. It is very clear to me that Regency Home Care in Lake Oswego, cares for their clients as if they are family! Thankyou for making my Mom smile and feel so special!!
Unprofessional for the hiring process. Not only were they 30 minutes late, they collected all my information (social security etc) and never reached out to me again. They called my references and were quick to google my work of employment (which is fine, but weird how they’re quick to not trust) and yet THEY STILL didn’t believe I worked at my place of employment. Weird I mean they could have just visited while I was working!
Under ORS 23.10.030 Use of Criminal History in Employment Decisions, section E subsection 1. An employer SHALL NOT consider an arrest not leading to a conviction, except where a crime is unresolved or charges are pending against an applicant. Denying someone's position due to dismissed charged from 2019 is against ORS 23.10.030 regardless if it wasn't reported, under EEOC is it unlawful to deny an applicant based on not reporting an arrest that did not lead to a conviction.
