Your Medication Aide, Nadine Borden, proudly uses racial hate speech. I find this behavior and mindset to be not only disgusting, but extremely dangerous to our elderly community. This woman should not work with people. We demand that this employee be terminated and that you, as a resource to our community, come forward with a public statement. This is not acceptable, as she is a representation of your business.

After seeing the nasty racist comments made by an employee and then liked by management, I can 100% say that this is not somewhere I will EVER let my loved one stay. And I will advise no one else does either! I hope to god non of your residents are of color. The fact that a business who is trusted to take care of people would support this is absolutely repulsive. I can’t imagine how such hate filled people must treat their residents. Incredibly disappointing. Fix it.

My Mother has been there for almost 2 weeks for rehab from a stroke. She is now in the hospital for a broken hip that happened several days ago. The care you have given her is at the very least disappointing. At large is on the verge of elder abuse. My heart hurts for my Mom, but also hurts for the other poor people there and their families that have the trust in them.

Regency was our choice for my wife's rehabilitation... Of course nothing can be perfect but Regency did a very fine job...a few minor issues and they quickly resolved them.... Regency does their best to get you back home where you belong..... Smoking will break the hearts of people who love you...
