My relative was there for a very short time. Didn’t bring pain meds or respond to call button. Served meat to a vegetarian. Placed in a room with a roommate with intestinal issues and the room stunk. Terrible care for the the most vulnerable

Great people that work there! I love my stay there. So many people to thank for my recovery after surgery for my shoulder.

My mother is currently in Regency for after surgery care. We see her every day. I have seen some big positives as well as negatives. Like any of these places, they seem overworked and my mom sits for hours with no response to her call light being on. I try my best to advocate for her needs since she has dementia, but tend to get snotty attitude from nurses towards anything I ask. The food is ok most of the time. Definitely nothing fancy. A few good nurses and cna's! Unfortunately they have their hands tied due to poor administration who lack the heart to care for people,instead they look out for a corporate interest and investments instead of the good of the people. This is not the only rehab to practice this method and oh by the way the hospitals practice the same method also, I cannot believe that we as a society allows this to happen to our elderly and handicapped people we should be ashamed of ourselves for allowing this to happen.
