They set up the appointment for four times and canceled four times and when I mentioned that on the phone for the last time, she just said good bye and disconnected. I am not sure what happened but what did happen before even they came shows unreliability and unprofessionalism.

Regency was used for my client selling their Redwood City house that was in need of updating. They were fantastic in managing the project, coming up with a design, and finishing in under 30 days. My client’s house sold quick and for a little over asking, which would have been hard if we tried to sell it in its original state

Regency are excellent contractors! They did all the work for my seller in 30 days. My sellers did not have to pay until close of escrow! People went in and said “Wow.” We sold it in one day!!

Regency did a fantastic job of renovating several of our listings to sell for top market value. Scott, Matt and the entire team were responsive and a pleasure to work with! Cant recommend enough!
